Where can I obtain Zapf Creation’s products? 
You can obtain our products at all well-known department stores, at all well-stocked specialist toy stores, at major out-of-town stores with a toy department and from online providers and forwarding agents.

Can you tell me the retail sales price?
If you would like to know how much a product from Zapf Creation costs to buy in the shops, we recommend that you make enquiries directly with the shops concerned. On this site we recommend buying online as it it much more convenient and can save you money.

Can I as a consumer also order products directly from Zapf Creation?
No this is not possible.

Does Zapf Creation offer a repair service?
Yes, Zapf Creation does offer a repair service. If it transpires that the defect is covered by guarantee or is the fault of the manufacturer, the postage costs incurred will be compensated in the form of a small present. Repairs generally take 2 – 3 weeks, but in the period before and after Christmas you must expect them to take 5 – 6 weeks. The level of the repair costs is governed by the nature and extent of the repair needed. However, you will be notified of the costs in advance by telephone and you can decide whether or not the repair should be carried out.

Can I order replacement parts for a product from Zapf Creation?
If certain parts of a product are defective, you can direct your query to the consumer service department of Zapf Creation

How can I clean a dirty material body?
You can gently rub dirty material bodies with a damp, lukewarm sponge and a small amount of mild detergent and then dry them off with a terry towel.

What is the difference between the old and the New BABY born®?
1) The advantage of the New BABY born® is that the doll can also be taken into the bathtub, the swimming pool or the sea for swimming. So girls can continue playing with the New Baby Born without the interruption (which was previously required) of drying the doll. This has been made possible because the joints between the flexible parts (head, arms and legs) and the body of the new BABY born® have been made waterproof and yet they remain as flexible as they were previously. In addition, the eyes, mouth and the outlet opening have likewise been made waterproof.

2) The other 7 functions are exactly the same as before: BABY born® is able to drink, soil its nappies, eat, use its potty, cry, squeal and is completely flexible. In addition, the new baby born can now also sit on its own.
